Summary
Potato Production Reform Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to formulate and carry out a program under which producers of potatoes shall be paid to set aside and devote to approved conservation uses an acreage of potato cropland. Requires such payment rate or rates as the Secretary determines to be fair and reasonable, and requires 50 percent of any payment in advance of determination of performance.
