Summary
Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to eliminate the requirement that a child adopted after a worker qualified for OASDI benefits receive child's insurance benefits only if the child was living with the worker in the United States and receiving at least one-half of his or her support from the worker for the full year before the worker became eligible for benefits.
