Summary
Amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to direct the Securities and Exchange Commission to require that each director of an issuer of registered equity securities own at least 1,000 shares of such securities or agree to make periodic purchases using the total amount of his or her fees for service as a director until he or she owns 1,000 shares.
