Amends the Family Support Act of 1988 to extend from May 1992 until August 1992 the deadline for the report to the Congress of the Commission on Interstate Child Support on improved interstate establishment and enforcement of child support awards and on revising the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act. Postpones from July 1 to September 30, 1992, the Commission's termination date.
