Summary
Permits, under the Social Security Act, families and individuals registered under the State plan for providing aid to needy families with dependent children, to receive benefits and services necessary to the search for and retention of employment. Provides that the Secretary of Labor shall, when such individuals refuse to participate in the State employment program notify the State agency which administers the plan of the refusal. Makes technical and conforming amendments to the Act.
