Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1995, the suspension of duty on: (1) 2-ethylanthraquinone; (2) rhodamine 2c base; (3) acid black 210 powder and presscake; (4) pigment red 178; (5) pigment red 149 dry and pigment red 149 presscake; (6) polymin SNA 60; (7) polymin P and polymin P hydrochloride; and (8) isoindolemine red pigment.
