Summary

Bank Examiner Postemployment Protection Act - Amends Federal criminal law to subject to criminal penalties any person who: (1) has served as senior Federal bank examiner of a particular financial institution during the final 12 months of Federal employment; and (2) knowingly accepts compensation as an employee, officer, director, or consultant from that institution (including its holding company, a subsidiary, or an affiliate) within one year after departure from such Federal service.
