Summary
Provides that the annuity of a Federal employee retiring with at least 5 years but less than 20 years of service as a law enforcement officer or firefighter, or any combination thereof, shall be computed with respect to such service by multiplying 2 1/2 percent of his average pay by the years of such service. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8339)
