Summary

Miranda Reaffirmation Act of 2000 - Repeals provisions of the Federal criminal code providing that: (1) a confession shall be admissible in any criminal prosecution brought by the United States or by the District of Columbia if it is given voluntarily; and (2) the trial judge, in determining the issue of voluntariness, shall take into consideration all circumstances surrounding the confession.
