Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed to land to the person entitled to such land when the United States, through mistake or inadvertence, has acquired title to such land through the exchange of public domain land or resources. Amends the Federal Power Act of 1920 to restore lands reserved from entry for water power sites to their previous status if no license or permit application for a project has been made within a specified time.
