Summary

Denies a Federal employee stationed in Alaska and between tours of duty outside the continental United States travel expenses for leave to his actual residence within the continental United States if such employee has accepted such expenses once after the enactment of this Act. Allows travel expenses more than once for between tour of duty leave if an employee is stationed at a hardship post in Alaska. Exempts agreements entered into prior to the enactment of this Act to provide travel expenses.
