Summary
Stipulates that the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs may release the names and addresses of present or former members of the armed services to an agency or an instrumentality of any governmental jurisdiction within or under the control of the United States for a criminal or civil law enforcement activity where the activity is authorized by law and where a qualified representative of the agency or instrumentality has requested such information. Sets forth a penalty of a fine of $15,000 in cases of a first offense and $20,000 for any subsequent offense for the willful misuse of the information covered under this Act. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 3301)
