Summary
Amends the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to accept the services of volunteers to assist in the work conducted through the Bureau of Land Management. Permits the Secretary to provide incidental expenses in the utilization of such volunteers.
