Bone Marrow Registry Act of 1990 - Amends provisions of the Public Health Service Act providing for the establishment of a voluntary bone marrow donor registry to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to ensure that the types of marrow represented in the registry provide adequate representation of the U.S. population.
