Summary

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to provide duties on whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate. Grants duty-free treatment of lactalbumin. Defines "milk protein concentrate" to mean any milk protein concentrate that is 40 percent or more protein by weight.
