Summary

Authorizes the Comptroller General and the head of any Federal agency to grant equitable waivers of claims of the United States against persons for erroneous payments of travel, transportation, or relocation allowances or expenses if: (1) such payments occur on or after September 30, 1984; and (2) an application for waiver is received within three years after such an erroneous payment is discovered.
