Voters' Information Act of 1979 - Requires that the following information be posted in a prominent place in each post office: (1) the qualifications, dates, places, and times for registration and voting in the area served by the post office; (2) the names and office addresses of the United States Senators and Representative for the area served by the post office; (3) the names and office addresses of the State legislators representing the area served by the post office; and (4) the cost and availability of public opinion messages to the President, Vice President, and Members of Congress.
