Summary
Parks, Preservation and Recreation Reorganization Act - Provides for the appointment by the President and with the advice and consent of the Senate of an additional Assistant Secretary for Conservation, Preservation, and Recreation within the Department of the Interior. Makes the Assistant Secretary responsible for the conservation and preservation of the Nation's natural and historic resources. Requires the Assistant Secretary to appoint a Director of the National Park Service, a Director of Preservation, and a Director of Recreation. Transfers specified functions of the Secretary of the Interior to such Directors.
