Summary
Commodity End-User Relief Act This bill amends the Commodity Exchange Act to reauthorize it and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) through FY2019, and revise requirements and prohibitions regarding: registered futures associations; futures commission merchants; commodity brokers in bankruptcy; futures trading transactions; judicial review of CFTC rules; the public interest exemption from futures trading and foreign transactions regulations of certain agreements, contracts, or transactions entered into pursuant to an approved or permitted tariff or rate schedule; swap dealers; unregistered designated contract markets or a swap execution facilities; bona fide hedging transactions or positions; and commodity pool operators that are qualified charitable organizations.
