Summary
Provides that revenues from the sale of lands on Sand Island Hawaii, may henceforth be considered part of the public trust fund established at the time Hawaii was admitted into the Union as a State and subject to the terms and conditions of the trust (presently may be used solely for the support of the University of Hawaii).
