Deficit Reduction Through Space Station Freedom Termination Act of 1992 - Prohibits funds appropriated to or for the use of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for the Space Station Freedom program from being expended for that purpose unless such funds were appropriated and made available for such purpose before the date of enactment of this Act.
