Summary
Commission on a Constitutional Amendment Regarding Impeachment Act - Establishes a Commission to Study Impeachment of Judges to investigate the constitutional problems and issues involved in the impeachment of Article III judges and evaluate the possibility of a constitutional amendment regarding such impeachments. Establishes an advisory committee to perform duties for the Commission. Directs the Commission to prepare a final report on its investigation and transmit such report to the President and the Congress. Terminates the Commission 30 days after such report is transmitted.
