Summary
Provides that whoever commits murder, manslaughter, or attempts to commit the murder or manslaughter of any State law enforcement officer, fireman, or prison guard because of their official positions and has traveled in or used a facility of interstate commerce for that purpose shall be punished as provided in in sections 1111-1113 title 18 of the United States Code (Crimes and Criminal Procedure).
