Summary
Authorizes, under the Export Administration Act, the imposition of, to the extent necessary and with respect to the articles, materials, supplies and information necessary, an adjustment to any economic policy or action of a foreign government which: (1) has had or may have a serious domestic inflationary impact; (2) which has caused or may cause a serious domestic shortage; or (3) which has had or may have a serious adverse effect on employment in the United States.
