Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to prohibit or regulate the movement within a State of animals, animal carcasses, products and articles as he deems necessary to eradicate or to prevent the dissemination of specified animal diseases. Permits any U.S. marshal to execute search or seizure warrants in connection with animal disease prevention or eradication.
