Summary

Authorizes the regents of the Smithsonian Institution to construct museum support facilities for: (1) the care and conservation of national collections of scientific, historic, and artistic objects; (2) documentation related to such collections; and (3) the training of museum conservators. Authorizes appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
