Summary
Economically Distressed Cities Revenue Bond Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to increase from $5,000,000 to $50,000,000 the investment ceiling on tax-exempt industrial development bonds for any city whose population exceeds 100,000, if such city has had an unemployment rate of 6.5 percent or greater for any three of the preceeding 12 months.
