Summary
Provides for participation of members of the uniformed services in the Thrift Savings Plan for Federal employees. Authorizes military personnel to contribute to the Thrift Savings Fund out of military basic pay in an amount of up to: (1) five percent of such pay, if the member has less than five years of retirement-creditable service; or (2) ten percent, if the member has at least five years of such service.
