Summary

State-Designated Wild and Scenic Rivers Protection Act - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to provide protection for a State-designated river immediately upon receipt by the Secretary of the Interior of an application for the river to be included in the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System and until the earlier of the date of approval or disapproval of the application or three years after receipt of the application. Provides the same protection with respect to pending applications on the enactment of this Act until the earlier of the approval or disapproval of the application or three years after the enactment of this Act.
