Summary
Federal Information Systems Safeguards Act of 2016 This bill provides that executive agency actions that are necessary to restrict or prohibit access to a website which an agency determines presents a security weakness or risk to the information technology or information system under the agency's control, and any impact or implementation of such action, shall not be subject to federal employee labor-management relations requirements.
