Summary
Amends the Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926, to authorize an increase of appropriations for fiscal year 1976 from $71,600,000 to $73,058,000 for the costs of foreign service buildings, other than the cost of acquisition and alteration of such buildings in specified geographical areas. Authorizes the appropriation of $30,000,000 to carry out such Act in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
