Summary

Anthrax Cleanup Community Assistance Act of 2002 - Directs the Administrator of General Services to accept title to the Florida building that was the site of the first anthrax attack. Requires the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to remediate the property to ensure that it is anthrax-free. Permits any biohazard waste from the property to be disposed of at a suitable Federal installation, whether or not title to the property is transferred to General Services. Requires the sale of the remediated property once it has been certified as fit for habitation.
