Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to permit the removal of the statue of John Witherspoon which is presently located on National Park Service lands in the District of Columbia to the National Presbyterian Center, Washington, District of Columbia and to transfer the title to such statue to the National Presbyterian Church, Incorporated, without compensation.
