Summary
Provides that whenever the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Reserve Board, the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or the National Credit Union Administration submits (1) a budget estimate or request or, (2) any testimony or comment on legislative matters, to the President or the Office of Management and Budget, such agency shall concurrently transmit a copy of such material to the Congress.
