Summary

Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain portions of the Saint Joe River in the vicinity of Saint Joe, Idaho, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to administer the provisions of this Act. Authorizes to be appropriated up to $1,100,000 for the acquisition of lands or interests in lands for such river.
