Summary
Free Career and Technical Education for High School Students Act This bill requires a state to conduct state leadership activities that reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket expenses for special populations (i.e., groups of people with needs that require special consideration and attention in an educational setting) participating in career and technical education, and that support the costs for such populations associated with fees, transportation, child care, or mobility challenges relating to such participation.
