Summary
End Iranian Terrorism Act of 2023 This bill requires the President to identify and impose sanctions on each foreign entity, including Chinese entities, determined to meet criteria for sanctions under certain current laws and executive orders. The Department of State must submit a strategy and provide a briefing to Congress on the role of China in evasion of sanctions with respect to Iranian-origin petroleum products.
