Summary

International Climate Change Science Commission Act - Requests and authorizes the President to negotiate an international agreement to establish an international commission to conduct scientific assessments of global climate change, the factors involved in and the consequences of such change, and the potential effect of measures undertaken for affecting such change. Requires the President to appoint U.S. members from a list of individuals nominated by the National Science Board. Requires the National Science Foundation to provide support services.
