Amends Federal law to make technical corrections with regard to: (1) the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians; and (2) the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa and the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians. Amends Federal criminal law to repeal a provision relating to Indian contracts for goods and supplies.
