Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to sell or exchange certain administrative sites and land in the Ouachita National Forest, Arkansas and Oklahoma, and the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest, Arkansas. States that any resultant funds shall be available for: (1) acquisition, improvement, or construction of National Forest administrative facilities in Arkansas or Oklahoma; and (2) acquisition of land or land interests in such States. Authorizes appropriations.
