Summary
HCBS Infrastructure Improvement Act This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to award grants for states to develop the infrastructure of Medicaid home- and community-based services (i.e., long-term, person-centered services in noninstitutional settings). States must use grant funds for projects relating to the accessibility and quality of care, such as workforce development, housing support, and transportation services.
