Summary
Prohibits U.S. assistance to the Palestinian Authority unless the President certifies to Congress that it has removed the anti-Semitic, anti-Israel content included in the textbooks used in schools, and radio and television broadcasts made by publicly funded facilities, in the areas it controls in the West Bank and Gaza. Expresses the sense of Congress that the President should urge U.S. allies to apply equivalent restrictions on assistance to the Palestinian Authority.
