Summary
Terminates authorization for the construction, operation, and maintenance of reclamation facilities comprising the initial stage of the Oahe unit, James division, Missouri River basin project, South Dakota. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to submit to the Congress within 18 months recommendations for the disposition of those Oahe unit facilities already acquired. Directs that all funds previously expended on the Oahe unit be charged against the Treasury of the United States and that all revenues from the disposition of land and facilities under this Act be deposited in the General Treasury. Provides that no property shall be disposed of at less than fair market value as determined by the Secretary. Enables the Secretary to give first right of refusal for the purchase of disposed property to the State of South Dakota or to previous owners.
