Summary
Amends Federal bankruptcy law to consider as persons, for purposes of eligibility to serve on creditors' and equity security holders' committees, government units that are: (1) guarantors of pension benefits payable by or on behalf of the debtor; or (2) the legal or beneficial owners of an asset of an employee pension benefit plan that is a governmental plan or an eligible deferred compensation plan.
