Summary
Amends the Peace Corps Act to allow certain Peace Corps volunteers who are suffering from an injury or disease sustained while in the performance of Peace Corps duties to enroll (for self only or for self and family) in health benefits plans available under provisions of Federal law relating to health insurance for Federal employees. Authorizes appropriations.
