Summary
Federal Agency Rules and Recodification Act - Requires the Department of Commerce, Department of Transportation, Civil Aeronautics Board, Consumer Product Safety Commission, Federal Communications Commission, Federal Maritime Commission, Federal Power Commission, Federal Trade Commission, and the Interstate Commerce Commission to recodify their rules to promote more effective and responsive administration of the laws not later than December 31, 1977. Authorizes to be appropriated to the Administrative Conference of the United States $100,000 to assist such agencies in carrying out the purpose of this Act.
