Summary

Indochina Migration and Refugee Assistance Amendments - Amends the Indochina Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1975 to (1)limit the application of the present formula for determining Federal reimbursement to States for the non-Federal share of their assistance to aliens from Cambodia, Laos, or Vietnam to those aliens who entered the United States prior to October 1, 1978; (2) establish a new formula for Federal support for the non-Federal share of State and local assistance to such aliens who entered the United States on or after October 1, 1978; (3) establish a three year limit (from the date of entry) on such assistance; and (4) provide for an adjustment in calculating a State's fiscal year 1978 costs for such assistance for purposes of reimbursement.
