Summary
Indian Water Rights Settlement Working Group Within the Department of the Interior Act of 1992 - Establishes within the Office of the Secretary of the Department of the Interior a Working Group on Indian Water Rights Settlements which shall develop criteria and procedures for settlement of Indian water rights claims. States that primary responsibility for settlement of Indian water rights claims shall be vested in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs.
