Summary
Directs Federal agencies to pay the round-trip travel expenses of employees who are residents of Alaska serving at hardship stations in that State, and of their families, from their posts of duty to their residencies when such employees are returning to their residences to take leave before serving another tour of duty at the same or another hardship post in Alaska or at another post of duty outside the continental United States and Alaska.
