Home Health Extension Act - Increases by specified amounts the sums authorized to be appropriated for purposes of demonstrating the establishment and initial operation of public and nonprofit private agencies providing home health services and for the purposes of demonstrating the training of professional and paraprofessional personnel in fiscal year 1976. Authorizes the appropriation of specified amounts for such purposes in fiscal year 1977.
